🕒 1. Order Preparation & Dispatch (Processing Time)

Freshly Prepared: We do not stock pre-made products. Once your order is placed, we freshly prepare your items to ensure maximum quality.
Dispatch Timeline: Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Exclusions: Preparation and dispatch do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

🚚 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We ship across India. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID. Delivery timelines and shipping fees vary by region:

Hyderabad:
- Delivery Time: Expected within 1 day of dispatch.
- Shipping Fee: ₹50 per order.
Rest of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh:
- Delivery Time: Expected within 2 days of dispatch.
- Shipping Fee: ₹60 per order.
Rest of India:
- Delivery Time: Expected within 3 days of dispatch.
- Shipping Fee: ₹100 per order.

💳 3. Payment Methods & Order Confirmation

Prepaid Orders Only: We currently accept online prepaid payments only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment Process: You will make the online payment after your order is formally confirmed by our team.
Order Notification: A confirmation email containing your complete order details will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is placed.

📦 4. Shipment Tracking

Tracking ID: Once your freshly prepared order leaves our facility, a tracking link will be generated.
Courier Partner: In the courier partner's website you will get to know real time tracking information regarding your product
